While Kristyan loved working in-house as a marketing executive for many years, she became passionate about the idea of helping more businesses grow and succeed. In 2022, she knew the opportunity had finally arrived. Now Kristyan has the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners, marketers and entrepreneurs to craft a wholistic marketing approach to support their business mission and goals.

As an accomplished and results-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in implementing innovative demand-generation strategies, Kristyan shares what she has learned; deploying marketing processes, tools, and automation in technology, cybersecurity, and financial services sectors to drive rapid business and revenue growth.

Kristyan has served as the head of marketing and led team performance across all marketing, business development, PR, and communications functions. In her last role, she also created and implemented the company ESG and sustainability program by serving as the executive sponsor and leading the team. She is adept at producing long-term value and capitalizing on growth opportunities for an organization from customers, markets, and business partnerships.

Kristyan has a passion for building a brand, creating a strategy to win in the market, and working collaboratively with commercial leaders to generate growth opportunities, develop pipeline and drive revenue.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Hamline University.
